ANNUAL MOUNTAIN RACE

(Note. Road race over Llanfair Mountain, not a fell race)

Saturday 31^st July 2010. 12 noon

Entries on the day only.

Permit No; (Permit applied for).  Distance; Approx 10 Kilometres.

Entry Fees: Affiliated £5.00. Unaffiliated £7.00

Race starts on car park and finishes on the sports field.

Registration will take place on the sports field in Llanfair Talhaiarn 10.30 – 11.30 am.

Prize for 1^st male and 1^st female (No age group prizes).

Medal for all finishers.

Not suitable for wheelchairs because of hills on course. Personal stereos are not permitted to be worn by competitors during the race. Please note that dogs and wheeled carriages other than wheelchairs are banned from the race and athletes must not be accompanied or followed by others on bicycles.

All entrants must be 15 years or over on day of race
